Who we are
workspec.ai is run by Workspec AI LLC (“WorkSpec,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this page go to hello@workspec.ai.
What we collect
- Visit data. Google Analytics 4 records things like the pages you view, how you got here, your general location (city or region), and your device and browser. We use it to see what's working on the site.
- Booking details. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and anything you choose to type in. We see that so we can prepare for the call. Calendly's own privacy notice covers how it handles that data.
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@workspec.ai, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
We don't ask for payment details on this site, and we don't use forms that collect personal information.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and similar) to tell new visits from repeat ones. They don't tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The site still works either way.
How we use it
- To understand which pages help people and improve the site.
- To see which links lead to booked calls (our booking links carry simple tags for this).
- To schedule, prepare for and follow up on calls you book.
- To answer your emails.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site for us: Google (analytics), Calendly (bookings), our email provider, and our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising. We'd share it with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Booking details and emails are kept as long as we're in touch, and you can ask us to delete them anytime.
Your choices
Email hello@workspec.ai to ask what we have about you, to fix it, or to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we'll honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
